These work great on our lodge iron pans. I needed a good gift for my husband who is so hard to buy for. These are just enough thickness and small. The size works great on the handles and use them on different size pans.

These covers work great. They make it so I can just grab the handle and move the pan without having to find a towel or potholder. The pepper print is bright and fun. I just put it on after cleaning the skillet and keep it there until I need to clean the pan again. It did not fit one of our skillets but it wasn't a Lodge brand skillet and the handle was a bit wider. I also purchased a Lodge silicone handle cover and that one did fit the larger handle.

This sleeve is both beautiful & useful for both large & small pots & pans. It slides on handles easily and is very effective at protecting fingers from heat when cooking. It is machine washable ... I just toss it in with my load of kitchen linens. Just remember that ... just like cloth potholders, this sleeve is only heat protective when dry ... so, make sure that you don't get it wet while cooking.

I like how cute and effective this is but would feel safer grabbing a hot skillet if it extended a little farther in the handle. I feel like I could still find a way to burn my hand with these. However, the bright colors are a good visual warning to be careful that the pan is hot!

I bought about a dozen of these holders. I use them solely for my cast iron skillets. They work very well with an electric range, however beware of using it with a gas range. They tend to catch fire easily on medium to high heat. They have lasted me a few years. They have cloth hooks on the ends I use to hang them on the cupboard handles. Over time the hooks tend to wear out and rip but it doesn't effect the intended use. I will continue to purchase these over the years.

When using cast iron cookware, handle holders or mitts are basically a must. These fit perfectly on all of our Lodge cast iron skillets, protect from burns (they are VERY well insulated) and look great in the process. We also have some of the Lodge Max Temp mitts which work great too but at twice the price aren't worth it. Just get a set of these and you'll be good to go.
