I'm not sure what most people use this stuff and other such products for but I use them constipation relief. This particular product works but not as quickly and not as powerfully as others I've tried. That said, because it works and because you get a lot more ammunition, this product definitely has a place in your arsenal against the fight. In terms of constipation relief, if Dr Tobias Colon Cleanse is the nuclear option, this stuff is like a grenade. You might have to throw a few more, it might take a couple extra days but... eventually the wall will crumble.

if you suffer from GERD /LPR / or severe acid reflux or acidity which just wont go away after treatments , then this may cure you....after one year of unbearable pain of acidity with all treatment options failing , colon cleanse worked for me .....do not take this as a medical advice its just my story it may or may not be useful for your GERD , consult your doctor but a colon cleanse usually dosent hurt anyone

glad i found this. constipation is my problem since ages. and colon cleanse really does it job. took 1 dose (2 capsules) in a day and its enough to drain my stomach.

Now sure what this is supposed to cleanse… definitely not the colon
