They work! Just follow the box!
After years of my dentist judging my increasingly dry mouth (I cannot control who I am when I am asleep, lol), I finally tried a new product aside from Biotene gel and rinse (that doesn't do very much for me long term). I was a little nervous of having something in my mouth overnight but I was desperate because my dentist said the dry mouth is going to cause cavity issues in between my teeth because the saliva isn't helping to flush things out. These melts (sweet mint) actually worked. They were fully dissolved by then time I woke up about seven hours later. There was no residue left on my teeth or gums and both feel fine. I ACTUALLY was not dried out upon waking. To be fair, I also paired this with my first time trying breathe right nasal strips. So I do think my mouth stayed closed overnight much more. The box suggests two melts for overnight use but I'm curious if one will work because I'd like to stretch the box a little further. If it doesn't, I'll just go back to two. They do adhere easily inside the mouth and after a few minutes I barely noticed they were there! I think you can find the best place for your mouth, either further back or forward, and higher or lower from the gum line. I'm a side sleeper while I fall asleep and they didn't feel uncomfortable at all. As a bonus, my breath was actually fresher in the morning when I woke up! I always thought my morning breath was just the same as everyone's but I'm thinking mine was worse because of how dry my mouth gets. I'm planning on making these melts a part of my bedtime routine!

Worked well, a bit on sweet side
They do work as stated. the price was good. They kept my mouth moist. I did not like the taste, just too sweet for me so I did not let it linger in moth very long. for me other than the sweetness it was a fine product.

It actually helps
I have suffered with dry mouth(especially at night) for a long time. Im a "mouth breather" when I sleep. My previous solution was chewing gum throughout the night which kept my mouth wet, at least while I fell asleep. I bought gum in bulk form, which can get expensive. And I can't imagine it being very good for my teeth either. I stumbled across this product recently and just started using it two nights ago. I'm pleasantly surprised how it works and I'm going to continue to use it, because it actually helps. My mouth isn't completely dried out and my tongue isn't like sandpaper when I wake up after using this product. It seems to last through the night. It's not a strong taste, but like it describes, as a mildly sweet flavor. I wish I would have found this sooner, because I've probably spent hundreds of dollars on gum and I am worried about my teeth too.

Works great
I have sinus problems, that have caused me to breath through my mouth at night. Causing me to wake up several times to drink water, which really doesn't help much. This product works great, the tablet stays in place, so I don't have to worry about it going down my throat when sleeping. I get to sleep through the night. Yeah!

This really works!!!
Xylem melts is the only product I have found two give me some relief of horrible, secondary dry mouth syndrome. It doesn’t have a minty flavor you have to deal with. I don’t like many of the flavors out there this just helps with my dry mouth. It sticks to the side of your mouth or your gums and for the next 30 minutes or so you forget that you have dry mouth so if you forget your water bottle that’s OK. The men are small. It’s easy to throw them into your bag or your pocket. The taste is good. It’s very little of a taste at all and it’s very moisturizing. I have all the sprays. I have all the gels. I use them all, but this I found to be the most effective!

Great for Dry Mouth—Takes Some Practice to Stay in Place
These XyliMelts have been a game-changer for my dry mouth, especially when I’m giving talks or in meetings. They really help keep my mouth from feeling dry, so I don’t need to constantly sip water to stay comfortable. They’re a bit tricky to get to stick and stay in place sometimes, especially at first, but once they do, they work pretty well and last a long time. The slightly sweet flavor is pleasant, and I love that they’re sugar-free. Overall, they’ve definitely made a difference for me, and I’d recommend them to anyone dealing with dry mouth, especially if you talk a lot or get that uncomfortable morning dryness.

They work
These are interesting. They definitely work. If you have severe dry-mouth you may want to use 2 at a time. I have to rotate where I stick them because I have very sensitive gums and my teeth are too small to have it adhere properly. Sometimes I apply to my top palate.

PERFECT FOR SLEEPING
THESE ARE GREAT FOR DRY MOUTH RELIEF.....YOU CAN SLEEP WITH THESE AND NOT CHOKE OF THEM BECAUSE ONE SIDE HAD A COATING ON THEM SO THEY REMAIN IN YOUR MOUTH AND NOT DOWN YOUR THROAT. GREAT FRESH FLAVOR TOO. I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE THESE.

I like that they last longer to stop my dry mouth when I’m sleeping and awake than any other medication I’ve tried. They stay stuck to your gums wherever you put them. Worked so well I gave some to my nephew to try out. They have a very mild minty flavor. The tablet does not show a bump under your cheek even though it feels like it. The brown side sticks to your gum line and has a little concave shape to fit comfortably. Switch where you put it or can cause irritation just from the pressure from your cheek. Only downside is that one doesn’t last all night. If I didn’t have dogs I would keep one on my nightstand to add. But this product is so incredibly poisonous to dogs I won’t chance it.

This product might work for people who suffer from dry mouth. But if you have GERD, be sure that this will trigger heartburn and you will be belching all day.

These little discs absolutely have gone far beyond everything I’ve tried to date. I have Primary Sjogrens and as one of the symptoms… a dry mouth is no joke. I regularly use Biotene toothpaste, Biotene spray, Biotene mouth gel and Biotene mouth rinse, but I still had episodes of severe dry mouth…. No saliva, difficulty speaking and swallowing. I use these mostly at bedtime, but also have some in my purse for on the go. Almost instant relief! They really do adhere to your teeth/gums and will stay there and slowly dissolve, even if you fall asleep. I have tried many, many things to try and help, especially at bedtime. These are so easy! You can slip on into your mouth, just like a regular lozenge, use your tongue to tuck it between your teeth and gums, seriously! Relief is fast and has made going to sleep so much easier. They may seem a little pricey at first, but they are worth it and they are now a staple in my dry mouth regime. 😍😁

Works very well for when your going to sleep if you want to avoid waking up with a dry mouth. A bit expensive compared to cheaper Gum that helps produce saliva if your awake, but easily the best option for when your asleep. The price does mean I'd recommend not using it every night but only during times when your producing an excessively dry mouth, such as when your sick or taking certain kinds of medicine.

The idea is good, but every tiny bit of saliva after this is introduced into your mouth, has that disgusting artificial, way too sweet flavour. Also, why is this so expensive?!
