Not worth purchasing
This is a basic "foam rolling" SMR tutorial. You can easily find similar on youtube. It does not specifically address trigger points at all, and apparently addresses the hips by hitting all areas *below* the hips rather than the hips themselves. It also assumes that you have purchased this company's TrP tools - you can easily do this with tennis/lacrosse balls and a foam roller or pvc pipe instead.That said, it's not horrible by any means - the DVD does actually have an instructional and a work-along session - but there's really not much value here. Skip it, save money, and get similar info elsewhere.

Fibro pain defeated !!!
It works! To get rid of the myofascial pain from knotted up muscles. I had reached a plateau in my plan for wellness from fibromyalgia and I needed to be challenged to reach a new level of wellness and this is exactly what I needed to continue peeling the pain onion. Had this about 4 weeks now and I am slowly figuring out how to make it work for me. Lots of great new ideas to work the muscles and relieve the fibromyalgia pain. I refuse to let this pain defeat me, so this is what I needed to get the pain out, increase the blood flow and oxygen to the muscles.
