Shock Doctor Gel Nano Convertible Mouthguard (Pearl Carbon, Adult)

What can I say? Its a great mouthguard for mma and muay Thai. Stays in the mouth while getting punched. You can breath easily with it. Its as comfortable as a mouthguard can be. And the price is pretty darn good.

After making the change from a basic mouth guard to a Shock Doctor mouth guard, my only regret is not doing so much sooner. Forms tightly to teeth and gums, and is good for all game comfort. If I purchase again, I will get a lower profile mouth guard as the plastic exoskeleton is slightly bulky in the front with the tether point which only hinders communication until you really get used to it. otherwise, there was never any discomfort for me running around all day on the rugby pitch.

First of all if we are just comparing this vs. all others for the price it should be 5 stars. I only rated 4 because there are REALLY high priced ones that are slightly better. I rarely get hit in sparring, but I had someone go off on me unexpectedly the other day and just start to swing wild, and hard. I took about 5 head shots in a row with no headgear (as I usually don't get hit I don't use headgear). The punches landed unusually clean because this sparring partner has never attacked me like a real fight before and I was not expecting it. I recovered and did just fine ;) but I felt the shock absorption and was happy to have it. Prior, I had not really taken more than one clean punch at a time so it had not been tested. After taking those shots and feeling completely unhurt I literally thanked my mouth guard in my mind and went and landed a body shot that ended the issue. All said, if I had been using a lesser guard my teeth might have been damaged. Fortunately this is as solid as they come, and re-mold-able if you wear it out a bit. Long lasting and solid protection for minimal price. Best one i have used.

Easy to fit and comfortable to wear. Absorbs impact and fits the entire row of teeth unlike other mouth guards I’ve tried that leave the back molars exposed.

It fits pretty nicely... but there is the tab to attach a cord too that literally cuts my lip. It is the one downside to this and I didn't realize it when I bought it. I sanded off the tab to try and round it off which has worked pretty well... but I just wish I would have gotten it without that tab.

I've tried the Tapout brand for my kids and it cannot stand up to the abuse that this one does in comparison. The gel does its job perfectly in that regard and after a few months it's still in pretty good shape. I can't say much for protection (who can really unless they have scientific numbers?), but I am happy this can last longer than a season now.

I dont know if I did it wrong but this did not work out for me. I follow the instructions step by step and still didn't work. It wouldn't mold to my teeth, they kept coming off and felt very uncomfortable .

The mouthguard fit my teeth, but it is too bulky I have difficulty even closing my mouth at rest. Ends up sitting on shelf and collecting dust. Bought another one thinner mouthguard and doesn't have this issue.

Debes sumergirla en agua caliente para que puedas amoldarla a tu dentadura, esto logra un agarre más cómodo. Buena calidad y si tienes el hábito de morder o rechinar los dientes si te ayuda

Sehr guter Schutz für das "Esszimmer" im Selbstverteidigungstraining und Sparring.Besonders gefällt mir, dass nicht nur die obere Zahnreihe, sondern auch die untere Reihe an drei Punkt angepasst ist. Ist ein festeres, stabileres Gefühl.

Envoie rapide, bien emballé, correspond à mes attentes. Ne reste pas sur la mâchoire supérieure comme certains protège dents, je ne sais pas si c'est du au protège dent ou moi qui l'ai mal moulé mais bon il protège comme il faut.
