The belt I had on an old Nordic Track finally gave out after 20-25 years. However, the treadmill itself is in great condition. It just needed a belt replacement. So my wife and I ordered a new belt, and it was perfect. It even came with a packet of liquid silicon, which is needed to reduce friction on the walking belt. It took my wife and I 14 man-hours to disassemble the track and clean it up, install the belt, spread the silicon, and reassemble. Some fine tuning to center the belt, and now we have a "new" treadmill. The Treadmill Dr.'s belt is even better made than the original.I recommend highly if you are up to doing all the work necessary.

This walking belt was a nightmare to replace. I think my husband and I worked on it for 6 hours in total. The instructions that came with it were generic - not at all tailored for a Nordic Track. We called Nordic Track and had mixed results. One CS rep was fantastic - he helped us get the treadmill apart and get the belt on - and the other - not so great with how to tune it.. He just told us to get a service call. In the long run it's running again and I'm very happy but it was quite stressful.

I ran into some glitches that required me to request assistance but the belt has worked just fine thus far. I would buy it again.

I have a 25 year old treadmill, looked it up on their site, they said it would fit...IT DID! It is good to walk on, doesn't make bad noises at the seam like many cheap treadmill belts and after settling in a few days and one small adjustment it is not stretching, slipping, or doing anything but working perfectly.
