Jayne Copeland Baby-Girls Newborn Christening Organza Soutache Dress

This dress is beautiful but I decided to return it. The skirt material (organza) is so full and slippery I really felt like I would drop my baby (5 months old). I definitely felt that if she stretched out in my arm suddenly the layers of material would slip against each other and she would fall if I didn't have a firm arm under her arm pits to hold her up. Also there is so much dress that we both started sweating during the 10 minutes I had her trying it on and holding her- not good for a July baptism. I really wanted to like this dress- the price was right and it's gorgeous... Just not practical.

The dress was exactly as advertised. My daughter is only 4 months, but she is 99th percentile and the size chart seemed to be accurate as the 9 month dress fit perfect. The bonnet was too small, but is not really usable for a baptism anyway. I am taking a star away however, because the dress is very slippery, and made holding my daughter a chore. Still, I am pleased and would order again.

My baby's blessing was coming up fast, and luckily this bad boy made it 2 days before and I had only ordered it 4 days before her blessing. Phew! And it fit beautifully. Sleeves were a tiny bit big but it was fine. Dress was a little slippery and probably hard for Dad to hold in the blessing circle, but she looked beautiful and the customer service was great seeing as it got to me quickly with no problems. I loved how long it was, I didn't want a short dress.

Very pretty dress! I ordered 0-3 months for my 5 month old (16 pounds) based on the reviews saying it runs large. It fit perfect even in the arm holes. The bonnet looks cheap but the dress looks very nice. I'm in the process of returning it because my mother in law bought her a different dress for her baptism. The return process so far has been very simple as they email a paid return label to print off.

dress was a nice and simple. unfortunately the first dress was missing the keep sake bag and the bonnet, the replacement dress showed up 24 hours after the baptism. was extremely disappointed with the shipping method

Item was very pretty but way too big for my little girl. Took away a star because of how difficult the zipper was.

The dress is beautiful and fits nicely. The bonnet, however, is too big for my 2-month-old's head. I will have to get a headband instead.

A wonderful dress- fit well, designed well, and constructed nicely. My baby hated it on- but she looked adorable :)
