This shampoo smells “GREAT”! It was placed in every room at the resort we stayed at in Ocho Rio. The first time I used it there I was thoroughly impressed. The smell of it alone is intoxicating. It SMELLS REALLY GOOD!! And I vowed to find it online when I returned home from the vacation. And fortunately it was available on Amazon. I bought the largest bottle too. And the cost was pleasantly and surprisingly great. It last a longtime as well. The quality, texture and thickness are awesome. It will always be my go-to shampoo.

I first used this when it was provided at a vacation resort. Great shampoo, light clean scent and rinses beautifully. My fine hair is not weighed down and is soft and looks healthy. Love this stuff and highly recommend.

This is the best shampoo especially if you use flatirons or other heat products. My hair was getting so dry but Chi shampoo makes my hair so soft and shiny!

Chi has always been a good quality brand, shampoo has a thick, nice lather and a fresh, clean scent. Sealed completely in plastic, no leakage.

Disappointed that it came with a little of it spilled all over the top but some water took care of that. Cap wouldn’t work right but after taking a good look at it I got my pocket knife and fixed it. Somehow the driver delivered it almost 2 hours before the delivery window and that is why I’m giving 4 stars. (It’s minus one star for the aforementioned issues.)

Have used this product for many years. It contains no phosphates, which makes it safe for colored hair. Has a wonderful Fragrance and is moisturizing and cleans well.

We use this to shampoo our Yorkie. Much less at Amazon as compared to Pet Smart. We also use the spray conditioner by Chi to keep his coat smooth and shiny. Great smell as well.

Leí que alguien comentaba que no es producto original. Espero que sí lo sea. Pese a la crítica me deja el cabello hermoso y manejable. Mi cuero cabelludo está bien hidratado y yo lo agradezco mucho porque tengo psoriasis y he estado estable desde que lo uso. Definitivamente lo compraría. Por cierto si deberían checar las faltas de ortografía ya que es consistente en todos los productos. En los enjuagues y la Silika que también uso. Quizá los errores sean muy reprochables pero los errores ocurren como lo he visto en libros de muy respetables editoriales. No es lo mismo porque estas son indicaciones en la etiqueta de un producto de belleza pero ocurre. Y vaya que me consta

It’s smells really nice. I can’t tell yet how I like the shampoo for my hair, but the silk infusion serum is amazing!

Didnt leave my hair dry after using it and I use it daily. It cleans well and the amount you get per the price is great!
