The text is wonderful. However, the graphics and the photographs are a huge disappointment. The maps are faded and vague. The photos look like they had been old photocopies left out in the Sun for decades.

This book is very informative when one needs to know a camping area! This area in NY is easily as good as the Adirondack Mts. with better access to areas for camping........

Great book to get out and hike some trails in CNY. Helps bring you to places you never heard of.

great book. Very helpful and a great guide to the area for ideas on hikes.

The hikes are boring. Couple good one to waterfalls. But most are just a path through the woods with nothing other then trees. Don't get me wrong I love trees :) but that's not what I bought the book for.

My husband and sons are working there way through all the hikes. Provides great inside information.

a few useful parts, but mostly a waste of time. Save your money on this one.
