The embossing folder is cute, and the three "borders" are fabulous.You can use the text borders to emboss card stock OR paper, and then use color pencils, markers or gel ink to make it stand out (this works better on card stock).Quick shipping thanks to Amazon!NOTES:(1) The borders with phrases do NOT fit in the embossing folder (the polka-dot design) as they are too long (though they are fabulous by themselves)

Too bad this is listed as a birthday embossing folder since you really are able to use it for any occasion you'd like. I enjoy the polka-dot type embossing a lot and with the enclosed wording folders or your own stamped greeting this makes a darling card front.

These embossing titles and frames are so lovely and practical. I have used them this spring on pastel cardstock, and they came out really well. They fit perfectly on my embossing machine.

I really love Sizzix embossing folders. I love that if you sand the raised areas lightly, you can apply pastel pigment without any kind of glue. Just use q-tips, make up applicators, etc. So why not 5 stars? Well, it should be 4.95 stars really. I love them, but wouldn't it have made sense to include sentiments that would fit in the open area of the main embossing folder? In other words, all those nice sentiments don't fit on a vertical card - only a horizontal card, a larger card, a bookmark, or an envelope. So yes, they have uses, but the uses are limited because they made them too big. I know this from other sets I've bought, and yet I forgot. So 4 stars because I knew better but was still a little bit disappointed. I'm not sure what's wrong with me because the picture is to scale as well. I think I just got excited about the price and the nifty spot pattern on the large folder.

This is a fun embossing folder. Very versatile for all occasions.

This is a little odd by the sentiments are twice as big as the embossing folder...

Quality is very good. You can center two of the smaller words in center (will lose a little on side; but "Happy Birthday to You"will not fit. Having said this, you can use all three sayings separately in many different ways. I am very satisfied with product and delivery.

There are a lot more choices out there. Its boring and outdated. Save your dollars and Pass on this one.
