Our plumbing is working but there cooler is not dispensing water. What could be the problem? The filter is only 3 months old and was working before.

The float assembly under the cover has a reset button. If it has tripped because of an overfill or someone moving or bumping the dispenser the secondary float trips and won't let water into the dispenser until you press the rest button. Clear rubber looking button on the grey foam looking cover. To remove the decorative cabinet cover two screws located on the sides of the cover (Phillips head) lift cover look in right there.
