A Wonderful Book!
This is one of my favorite books for little ones! The illustrations are so beautiful and the simple story is so much fun for me to read to my granddaughter. She delights in pointing out the missing duckling in each picture because Grandma just can't seem to find him! This book will always remind me of those special times we were together, snuggling and giggling while we read....

A joyful book to share !
This book has delighted children in each of my 20 years as an AMI 0-3 Montessori guide. The illustrations are realistic which assist the very young child in absorbing correct information about wild life . And they simply can not wait to find that little duckling on each page!

Good beginner book
My twin grandchildren (20 months old) both love this book. It is very good for counting, visual perception, and animal life.

great images
This is a fun book that seems to really encourage story telling. The story is told through pictures, with only a little bit of text, and that seems to encourage me to embellish the story for my daughter in a different way every time. The pictures a really beautiful, and we love how the missing duckling is hiding somewhere on each page - my 18 month old has so much fun finding the missing duckling!

This book had nice pictures. But I think it was a waste of money because there was just the one question: " Have you seen my duckling?" on every page and nothing else.
