Works flawlessly with Intuit POS MultiStore 2013
Unpacked, setup, fill with cash and plug into printer, and voila! No worries and no problems. Very solid piece of equipment. We would take it home each night on a folding hand dolly and no spills, although some changed sloughed around inside from bumps, it was at a 45 degree angle on a hand truck so no complaints there! :)

The drawer its self seems nice but I will have to return due to non ...
We purchased this Register to connect with a new computer system. I got it all connected and it is not compatible with my citizens C310 receipt printer. There is no where in the description that says on whether or not it is compatible with a v24. The drawer its self seems nice but I will have to return due to non compatibility.

Poor Quality
This cash drawer was really poor quality. I have one already that I got from Dell that works great with my Quickbooks POS system, but I wanted a second drawer to use with my laptop when on expos etc.When this arrived we could not even open the drawer. It was all jammed up inside. You could hear parts rattling around inside. We had to return this item. The one I have cost more, guess I need to spend more for a cash drawer that actually works.

Seems Like A Good Drawer
I purchased this for a friends POS system. I haven't gotten the system fully built & in operation yet, so I don't know how this drawer will handle regular use. I currently have it connected to an Epson TM-88ii & it works fine. The drawer will open whenever I print. The system is based on a Linux (Ubuntu) OS.

I received this item quickly. Appears to be sturdy. We haven't used it heavy but when we used it the drawer was fine. I like that the drawer opens w/a key instead of having to reach underneath to open the drawer.

Not impressed, don't care for the set up, does not work with me printer even though they say they will.
