Is the game two players regular or is it two players online.

I'm fairly certain that it doesn't require the Internet to play two player. However, my wifi crashed at least twice because of how buggy and laggy the game is overall. I really didn't like my purchase just because of how half assed EA put this thing together. Do yourself a favor and get the PC version :) THAT version is actually worth the money.

Does it work on the Wii U?

All Wii games work on the Wii U, but you still need a WiiMote & possibly the nunchuk from the Wii System to play them.
