Cheap, but decent. (50 MBps write / 80 MBps read)
PROS: - cheap (purchased for $25, April 2015) - lightweight - retractable - incudes string with ring to attach to keychain. If you can bend it just right, you might be lucky enough to get it attached. - USB 3.0 (see speed tests below)CONS: - Cheap plastic, feels like it could break at any time. - No keychain included, only string.TESTING:BEWARE... some flash drives do not actually store as much data as advertised (usually from China at a ridiculously low price). You could use H2testw (google it). I used F3 - Fight Flash Fraud for Mac OS X on github to test this drive. Here are the test results: - Data Capacity: 59.61 GB (125001984 sectors) - Average writing speed: 51.80 MB/s - Average reading speed: 82.89 MB/s

Works, but the plastic connector can cause problems ...
I've used the physical larger version of this jumpdrive and liked it's performance, so I gave these smaller ones a try as well.First of all the packaging is the usual horrible plastic package and the included tiny cord that comes with this jumpdrive is a pain to install. But these issues are just a one time deal, so not a real problem.Performance wise, these JumpDrives preform pretty good, but as usual, an external SSD drive with USB 3.0 will perform much better. I use these drives for installing Windows, MacOS X and Linux, and for that purpose they work really well.Build wise these jumpdrives are acceptable, with the exception of the plastic USB connector. Not sure who came up with that "brilliant" idea, but it sure is a cause of irritation when using it with particular computers. On my MacBook Pro the connector inserts just fine, although I'm wondering when it will break. On my Acer Aspire laptop however, it's always a real pain to get these jumpdrives even inserted into the USB port. The sliding mechanism to extend the USB connector is of a mediocre quality at best, and will cause irritation when the plastic USB connector doesn't fit all that well into your computer.Bottom line:These jumpdrives are fine if you're looking for a compact USB jumpdrive that you'll be using rarely or just occasionally. You might want to test one before buying multiple to see if this drive fits OK on your computer. For more frequent use or for use with multiple computers I highly recommend getting the larger version (http://www.amazon.com/Lexar-JumpDrive-Flash-LJDS73-32GASBNA-Orange/dp/B007B6YPNY/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1398872371&sr=8-4&keywords=lexar+jumpdrive), which is actually a tiny bit cheaper.

Cheap but works well
Ok, yes it is made entirely of plastic, and has a fragile feel in your hand, but as long as you are careful about inserting it in the USB plug, you will be fine. If you can get over those things, the drive is reliable and very fast for the price! I have this drive for when I need fast transfers, and I have another one made of metal that I can jam in any socket and do more damage to the socket than the drive lol. The metal one is slower but I don't worry about it breaking. So if you have a low use situation where you need big+fast storage for a good price, buy this!

Feels and looks cheap
When I received this, I thought it was a dummy unit (only plastic casing, no brains). This jump drive seems like a toy - I guess this is what Lexar needs to do to try and make some money.I would reccommend someone at Lexar recording any of their engineers trying to insert/install the little keychain chord that comes with the drive - really bad user experience, clearly no one has ever even tried to make that work.

Love
I love the flash drives, especially the color because flash drives are so small that I want something bright to be able to find it!! The flash drive works amazing and you really can't be the durable of it

Works good. Need to hold button when you insert it so it doesn't retract. FYI. Other that its fast and works well

Slows down computer; Very cheaply made
Considering Lexar's usually quality products, this one is surprisingly bad. While transfer speeds are usually acceptable, for some reason this USB drive dramatically slows down cursor/mouse movements dramatically. It doesn't matter which port it's plugged in, once it is, the cursor stalls, then tries to play catch up, sometimes goes in completely wrong directions. It's as if plugging this device in somehow interferes with the functionality of the mouse. And yes, I tried different mice, too.It appears this drive interferes with other processes, too. When I open and try to work in Photoshop while this drive is plugged in, Photoshop becomes much less responsive, for example, panels open up slower.I encounter this issue with 2 different Windows machines, but not on a Mac (so far). Also, as many others have pointed out, the hardware quality of this drive is extremely poor. It's beyond flimsy, I have to very carefully plug the thing in and take it out because I'm afraid I'll break something at any moment. And it's not just he handle/"body" of the device, it's the actual USB part (the part you plug in your USB port), too. It's just the same flimsy plastic, not metal like most other USB sticks. I wonder if this part being plastic has something to do with the the issue in my first paragraph.Despite decent transfer speeds, I can't give this one more than 1 star because it's so hard to actually transfer files with this thing given the jerky mouse/cursor issue.Lexar really dropped the ball on this one. And that's coming from someone who generally loves Lexar products, in particular their CF and SD cards.

For the price in how much space I can save this was a good deal. I just bought a blu-ray dvd that I burned a double blu-ray disk that holds 50Gbs and it is nothing compared to this. I just plug it in and have more files, movies or anything than a double layered blu-ray disk. And, with that I need to plug in a power cord. So, this is definately better.

I don't really like this Flash Drive
I don't really like this Flash Drive. It is a fair bit smaller and lighter than most Lexar Flash Drives. The main thing is that I didn't realize that it was all made of plastic. I understand that flash drives should be used with care, however every time I plug this particular Lexar Flash Drive, I am saying to myself "please, please don't snap in half". I have only plugged it in three times, but I haven't had the nerve to put anything on it yet - I am too worried. . It is hard to believe that something that weighs 5 grams (according to my food scale, lol) can hold information in the longer term. I could be wrong, so if it lasts for more than six months, I will amend my review. Amazon delivered it to me very quickly. Buy a Prime Membership was one of the best investments of 2014 for me.

great speeds and as advertised
Flash drive gets extremely warm during use (even moreso than any others I've had). Also, the plastic feels a bit cheap. Other than that, great speeds and as advertised!

Good copy speed
Good copy speed! The only thing is that the shell feels light and thin, and always worry that if damage.

Three Stars
Great price! Lots of storage! But the plastic construction makes it feel cheap. Works fine though.
