My whole family used a couple of bottles of this on a recent trip to Disneyland. Since we're from Seattle, we're pale! The product worked great. Neither my two kids nor I got any kind of sunburn, and we were out in the sun well over 10 hours per day. My youngest has very pale skin and it protected her just great. The only person who ended up with a sunburn was my husband ... he complained that the sunscreen didn't work, but after questioning him I found out that he had only applied it once at 7 in the morning and for some reason expected that to be good for the day! The rest of us applied as directed, reapplying every few hours, and had zero problems. The reason I deducted one star is that the bottle didn't spray very well upside down. Obviously when you are spraying your legs or ankles you're not going to have the bottle upright. This sunscreen would only spray for a few seconds when held upside down, then you had to stop and shake it again. Since I was spraying myself and two kids, stopping every few seconds was annoying and took longer than usual.

About 7 months ago my dermatologist found about 7 spots of pre cancer, one was definately on the verge of no longer being pre, so I had to do Chemo on my face for a month, it is not pleasant. So I finally have new batteries for my Jazzy so I can get out again, was told to use a good high SPF sunscreen when I go out, a hat to shade and sunglasses, so I have all I need now, I like that it is a spray, less waste, easy and fast to use. I am fortunate I did not have any on the rest of me, stay out of tanning beds! I can't take heat so I used this method, not long but enough along with.my red head skin. I feel confident it will work as expected for I did study up on the different brands, others were good but this was the highest SPF with a lower price, odd. But confident it will work as expected.

None of the sprays that I found have a pleasant smell, but it dissipates pretty quickly. I found as evening approaches. It seems to also keep away the insects as it protects my skin as well.

Für Europäer der beste sonnenschutz, das erste mal in mexico ausprobiert und funktioniert bestens. Was nicht auf der dose steht , das man es gut schütteln soll vor Gebrauch .das gleiche gibt es auch als 100 er lichtschutz faktor. Das ist sehr gut für Personen mir empfindlich hellen haut. Ist etwas teurer aber durch diverse eigen Tests mit deutschen Sachen , die man alle in die Tonne treten kann , auch die für 40 Euro aus der Apotheke. Ist banana boat auf Platz 1 bei uns gelandet. Die Verbrennungen die man im Internet liest , kommt vom nicht schütteln der Dose, weil sonnenschutz mittel such sonst nicht gut mit der Flüssigkeit vermischen. Wir haben das 50 ger und 100 ter mit Guten Erfahrungen in mexico, kuba, dom-rep, ägypten, Zypern und kap-verden ausprobiert und benutzen es in diesen Ländern nur noch. Das schlimmste was man in diesen Ländern benutzen kann ist alles von nivea, und ist wesentlich teurer. Am besten selber testen .einfach auf den Körper und ins Gesicht mit Augen zu und nur ein wenig verreiben und nicht zu viel auf sprühen. kann man auch direkt in der sonne , der Schutz ist sofort gegeben. Selbst Meer Wasser für 3 Stunden (schnorchel ) hält es aus. Nur kein Pool Wasser mit Chlor, so wie alle anderen sonnenschutz mittel auch nicht.

I have used Banana Boat before and this product here does not seems to be original. I have tried this in Maldives Beach (exposure was not very long) and also 30 min of swimming in normal pool. This has no effect on skin against the sun. The clear Tan is visible on your body even after you use it properly. I don't think you are getting original product here. Please beware before purchasing.

Love this - kept us from getting sunburnt in Florida. Lovely light spray, not sticky - would definately recommend
