I've had this robe for 8 years (purchased in 2014) and it's still in great condition. I wear it around the house in the winter and it's quite warm.It's designed to be oversized but I bought a size up anyway and I love how huge it is.I recommend a dark color, the white does stain.Fleece is water repellent, so it's not really a "just out of the shower" robe.There is a small spot that appears burned, and while I'm not sure how it happened I think it may have been from drying it on high heat (not recommended).

I purchased this robe in preparation for giving birth and because my sister suggested it would have been nice to have a robe while nursing and recovering. We just got it today and I love it! It's so plush and cozy. It definitely seems like it will be super warm, which hopefully will work out since we live in Florida. But I do love the idea that it's like wrapping up in a big fluffy blanket. And the purple is such a beautiful and regal color! I'm also glad I read the previous reviews about size. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant, 5 foot 4 and 143 pounds. My pre-pregnancy weight was 118. I think the robe will fit fairly well over my full size bump in 7 weeks but I also think it will segue nicely into being worn when my bump is smaller post-delivery and even when I return to my old size. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

This is a very, very plush comfortable bathrobe, which seems to be well-made. The front has two relatively deep square pockets (no side slit pockets), a thick tie held on with 2 robe loops. The robe falls several inches below my knees. All good. The problem is that it runs slightly small primarily across the chest. It is not too small for me but I am normally a size 6 and ordered a S/M. I guess I would have expected a little more cross-over fabric in the front. If you are anything bigger than a 6 or you have a large chest, you definitely need a larger size. (I'm thinking that maybe the styling of it was able to better reflect a unisex cut?)I ordered brown (chocolate?) which I am loving more and more; the color is very rich and for all you other people who don't look good in black (as I don't) it's a great rich color. All-in-all, this robe is a great value, you would definitely expect to pay two or three times the price of this robe elsewhere.

Right now, I am curled up in this lovely item. It is warm, fresh from the dryer (low heat!!!) and I'm feeling just as cozy as I fantasized I would when I went onto Amazon to find a robe in the first place.I'm 5'7" and 150lbs. The small/medium fits great. Very roomy, falls to about 5" below my knees, with sleeves that end at the bases of my fingers. The pockets are nice and deep. The color in the photo is very accurate. This is a bright, red-orange. An Elmo red. No weak points at seams, as far as I can tell; hopefully, no detached belt loops or sudden underarm holes anytime soon...This is ALL polyester. But it's very soft and thick. It did have a strong chemical smell upon arrival, which I expected. Having washed it once now, the smell is stll there, but weaker. I anticipate that it will be odorless after another wash or two.I love a thick robe to wear around the house every day. This is it!UPDATE: I washed and dried this again and the smell is barely there.SECOND UPDATE: Third wash and the smell is completely gone.

While I appreciate the substance of this robe, it is quite large. When you are trying to decide on a size to order, think ample unisex sizing. I am not a tiny person - usually wear a large or extra large in women's clothing. After reading other reviews, I decided upon a med-large. It is still rather big. In no other world would I ever think of ordering a medium - in anything, especially for arm length. I feel like a big bear ready for the den in this robe. It is very warm and substantial. If you are looking for a warm fuzzy wrap, and don't care if you look like a bear that has been eating nonstop since you woke up in spring- or Randy from A Christmas Story getting ready to go outside - get this! (Really, I do like it, I just feel rather huge in it.)

Well made with good quality materials. Putting this on is like slipping into a big hug! It is warm and cozy and makes me feel absolutely pampered from the moment I put it on.

Not as thick as other brands, and it doesn't have an inner tie to keep it in place. I bought this in white, and the parts that overlap when you're wearing it look whiter than the rest. It's okay, but my old one doesn't have these issues, so I'll keep this as a spare.

I gave this robe to my sister for Christmas and was so excited at how soft and well made it was that I bought one for myself! Longer length. Robe ties. Nice large pockets. Cozy and warm. Great buy!
