Works as intended, love it
It’s a bit finicky with the aperture lock but this thing was so cheap I solved that by buying another so I can leave them on my lenses, built tough, only criticism is that it didn’t come with a rear lens cap for the EOS-M side, again cheap so I bought a two pack.

Worked perfect on my Minolta MD
It has great quality materials and achieves infinity focus. It is what you need to adapt Minolta lenses to Canon EF-M.

Good Price and Good Fit
This nicely made metal adapter fits my M200 and T2 lenses well with no threading issues. The interior of the adapter is flat black, so it should not cause any unwanted reflection problems. The adapter locks properly into the Canon M200. It comes with a small hex wrench in case you need to change the T2 Mount rotation. Note that the small wrenches that come with these various adapters do not necessarily have the same set screw sizes. I noticed that the screws with this adapter did not use the same hex wrench as as a T2 to Canon RF adapter that I have, so you need to be very careful not to strip a screw by using the wrong size. Some of these adapters also have a slotted screw, which can be very easy to ruin. There were minimal instructions that came with the adapter, but you really do not need much. (See attached picture.)

Works, but may have to unscrew tripod quick release plate first to unmount adapter
First, it does what you expect. This lens mount adapter cantilevers and holds the weight of a long lens, including additional accessories, without stressing the camera's lens mount and/or tripod mount. Yay! As you can see in the photos, I tried it with an old Rokinon FD mount 80-250mm zoom lens. It also worked with that same lens with both 3x and 2x teleconverters mounted at the same time, with a total mass around 32 oz (2 lbs). It worked with the 2 TCs, though it sagged a little, but I think that may have been the plastic Quick Release Plate flexing in its seat. However, depending on your Quick Release plate, you may not be able to quickly release your camera from the adapter to mount a different lens. When I try to rotate the camera and adapter, my tripod's 1-3/16 long QR Plate hits the camera body and prevents it from turning far enough to clear the adapter from the camera's lens mount. They could have designed this adapter's tripod mount to angle diagonally forward, or tapped the tripod screw farther forward to provide more clearance. All together, it's a good product, but with one minor irritating quirk. If you buy it, plan your camera moves accordingly. Excellent, inexpensive
This is a simple, sturdy adapter. Very impressed. My old FD lenses fit well. As others have pointed out, you have to set a custom setting in the camera to trigger the shutter "without lens" as there is no communication between the body and lens; nor for AF or aperture. The "Lock-Open" ring allows you to easily, in one, short turn switch between full-open iris (for focusing) and stopped-down for metering and exposure. My old Canon 28mm 2.8FD and Vivitar 70-210 3.8 both fit snug and solid. Where's my 50mm 1.8??? Very hard to focus on the live view screen without using the zoom feature, and you have to un-zoom to take a picture. But it does allow focus to infinity just fine. Can see using almost exclusively for tripod-supported photos and video. But for the low price this is a great buy to give new life to my old lenses. And I'm already looking out for some cheap deals to create a set of fast prime lenses for video.

Excellent.
Bottom line first: fits wonderfully, great lockup, no wobble, jiggle, rattle, etc. Old manual FD lens works perfectly. I've used lens adapters before which can't allow the lens to focus to infinity. Not a problem on the EOS-M. Since it's mirrorless, the lens can be mounted extremely close to the sensor, and the EF-M mount does exactly that. Any SLR lens has to clear the swinging mirror, and are thus mounted much further away. This means an SLR lens on a mirrorless camera can be positioned perfectly even when additional metal is added between the body and lens. This adapter pulls it off flawlessly, at least in my case. I'm using an old 50mm f/1.8 FD lens from Canon I pilfered from my Mom's old 35mm SLR, and getting beautiful images. After using kit lenses for so long, I've forgotten what an f/1.8 depth of field looked like! When I used a cheap Olympus lens and adapter on my Canon T3i, it jiggled and wobbled so much, I ended up having to secure the adapter and lens together with silicone adhesive. Not this combination -- the three elements fit together like Canon made it all themselves. Well, they made the body and the lens (albeit 30 years apart), but Fotasy played their part admirably.

Does not properly mount Leica M lenses
Does not properly mount M mount lenses. Significantly too tight on the Leica M side and does not allow for enough of a rotation to engage the locking mechanism. Do not buy.
