Love this waffle maker! Perfect small size that's fits in our cabinet well and doesn't take up a ton of counter space when we use it. Very easy to use and make waffles with. Super easy to remove the little plates to clean them. It takes a few more rounds than I thought it would to fully cook the waffles but the waffles pop right out perfectly so not complaining with many more pros than that one con. Good value for the money. Comes out fresh and hot temperature.

I bought this because I hoped it would be easy to clean with the removable plates. That was definitely not the case. The plates themselves were easy to clean, but the problem was that the sandwich maker didn't pinch the outsides together enough, so just making a grilled cheese meant that cheese was oozing out from the sandwich and all over the device. The plates could be easily cleaned, but cleaning melted cheese from inside the little cracks was a nightmare. Unfortunately, that nightmare ended after the third use when it was being cleaned and a piece chipped off near the switch to release the bottom plate, preventing the switch from working. After that I threw it away. It's a cheap product, and there's a reason for that. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a better quality item.

I bought this mainly to make easy grilled sandwiches. The waffle plates work great, just don't over load them and you'll get perfect waffles. The sandwich plates however don't work that well. You can't really use gourmet bread - that wide slide bread because it's too big to fit. You can cut it in half and use both sides but the diagonal divider almost cuts your bread in half. Your bread need to be soft enough to squish down - and that's the part I don't like. By the time you put your filling in - whether it's just cheese, meat and cheese or other filling, when you close it your bread squashed down and not pleasant to eat. It's hard and a bit brittle. Cheese does tend to spill out the sides too. This would be better if the sandwich plates had a bit more room between them when you clamp it shut. I don't hate it but it's really just good for waffles.

Makes Great grilled sandwiches , quesadillas, apple turnovers etc. If you’re bread is thick just slowly apply pressure until you can close the clip. I’ve owned other brands but this one feels allot more solid , safer and great colour choices.

Got this yesterday, tried to make a sandwich and to close the lid. As you can see, bottom piece broke, its a cheap made one for that huge price. Basically was never able to use it. Not impressed at all.

Es muy mala calidad, está hecha de plástico muy delgado y al cerrarla para empezar a cocinar los sandwiches se rompe deberían de hacer de metal. No sirve no funciona demasiado cara dinero a la basura
