I was told by my dermatologist that oral collagen was useless for treating thin, bruised skin, but I suspect she was wrong. My shins have been covered in ugly dark bruises for years, but after a few months of taking these capsules, my skin is much better. Big bruises are gone, or at least faded. I "suspect" this supplement and topical arnica cream have combined to make a difference. I'll update in another few months, but I give this product a tentative recommendation.

I wanted to give it 30 days before reviewing to see if there was a difference in my HSN. Yes, there is. I had tried monocidil, nioxin, red-light therapy and other things to help with my thinning hair. Perimenopausal and my once thick mane was thinning on my temples and the front center of my hairline. I could see my scalp easily. I just started taking this supplement and forgot about it as I was busy with other things. When I washed my hair last night and went to dry it I was shocked that I can’t see my scalp like before. It’s not back to what it once was, yet. My nails are hard and oddly, my knee that I could hear scrape is not as loud. I hope this product does not disappear like everything else on here that works!
