Bearings give perfect balance, ankle restraints work and are comfortable
I'll start by saying I had a cheaper inversion table that would get you stuck upside down with no way to correct it without help. It had those foam pads to lock your feet in and they hurt and they did not hold well. The biggest thing I found with this product is the balance and the feet restraint on your ankles is amazing and comfortable. This teeter inversion board is amazing I can go all the way upside down (and I'm 250 lbs) and do some crunches and stretches and by putting my hands on the frame I can tip myself back up to a upright position. If you set the height 1 in higher than your height the balance is amazing that thing will sit level straight across and balance! The bearings are amazing, so smooth and when you have the height set right and you come back up to a resting position on the stop it never slams down. The strap that allows you to set the amount of inversion is very easy to work and hold you in place. For this price point this is an amazing inversion table and I get such great relief after a day of lifting and carrying and moving things I get on my inversion table and do three sets of stretches and I'm pain free for the rest of the night! Lastly I know when people buy things on Amazon one of the main things is: "is it hard to assemble", well let me say that I came home from work one day and my wife had the thing almost put together very simple and clear instructions! It moves easily it folds up nice and tight and leans against the wall without falling so you can put it up out of the way.

Good product
Relatively easy to assemble. Seems to be working on relieving back pain.

Difficult to assemble
The product works as expected when assembled, but assembling it was more of a challenge than I expected. If you think you are going to whip this out of the box and start using it, think again. I admit, perhaps foolishly I was hoping that would be the case. However, to begin with it is quite heavy and difficult to remove from the box, and I am 6’4” tall and 200lbs. There is a lot of unwrapping to do after that, tape, plastic, cardboard and zip ties. The assembly instructions are accessed via QR code on the front of the user manual. Make sure you find the instructions that match the model of the unit you purchased, as there are many models and different instructions for each. The instructions have both PDF and Video options to lead you through the assembly process. All tools are provided and there are no extra tools needed. Make sure you have a large space to assemble in. 10’x10’ minimum would be ideal, though I managed to set it up in a smaller space, wishing I had a larger space. I used the video instructions and the actual setup went quite smoothly once I was able to focus after recovering from the unboxing process. A smaller person may need help with setup as some pieces are bulky and awkward to handle. If you have experience building IKEA furniture and enjoy that, this setup should be fine for you. If you do not have that experience, it may not be as enjoyable. I have decent experience and this process from unboxing to finish took me about an hour to hour and a half. It was a bit of a chore, but the unit is now set up and I am already using it with no issues thus far through day 1. Hopefully this will improve some of my lower back and sciatic issues!

Helped me get through a very painful back experience.
Very well made, very clear and helpful instructions. I purchased the vibrating / heating pad that was optional and I believe it is very much worth the additional cost. I had severe back pain going into my left posterior. I had a herniated L4/L5 disc. I was told that without surgery it should slowly improve. It took about 6 weeks. I started inverting myself using this TEETER. It gave me a brief break from the horrible pain that I was experiencing. Note: I never went completely upside down. I stayed at 60 degrees of inversion and it seemed very helpful.

If you're on the fence, GET IT!!
My husband put it together while I was at work so it must have been relatively easy to assemble lol. It was a Christmas gift for him and he said its a game changer. Highly recommend!!!

Game Changer!
After suffering with a lower back spasm for 6 weeks with little improvement, I decided to try this. After 3 weeks, my pain has virtually disappeared. I may have some stiffness after waking up, but a few minutes of a 75 degree slant, and all is good. This has been a game changer. I work from home, so jump on for a minute 6 or 7 times a day, and it has helped tremendously with my posture, as well.

The inversion table has worked wonders for me!
Like a lot of folks, I have sciatica pain that delivers pain to my right hip and lower right leg. The X-rays showed stenosis in the L-5 region. I had a nerve test which also confirmed nerve issues on my right side. Old age, gravity, poor posture, falls, sports, etc. has likely caused the issue. I've had manageable back issues for 40 years, but never sciatica. Since December 2024, I tried just about everything before trying acupuncture and this inversion table. I tried chiropractic adjustments, 5 cortisone shots, pain pills, exercises, PT, tens unit, cupping, etc. I've been trying to avoid surgery. Last month, I tried acupuncture. I've had 5 sessions of acupuncture and that is the first intervention that had a positive effect. Meanwhile, my neighbor has been using a inversion table for 9 years and let me try his. The "stretch" was similar to the stretch bed that the chiropractor and the physical therapist had me use. The difference is this inversion table is a vertical stretch, not a horizonal stretch. Gravity does the work. After 2 sessions of acupuncture and this table arriving, I've been doing the inversion on a daily basis. My back pain has gone from an 8-10 to a less than 1. Previously, I was sleeping in a recliner for 5 months, which was the only way I could get comfortable. I now sleep in my bed and my back is pretty close to normal. Was it the acupuncture or the table or both? Probably, it was both. I have stopped acupuncture after 5 sessions, and I will just do the inversion daily. The inversion table seems to be long term practice that has given me very positive results. I do like the heat and vibration element as well as the lumbar support. It's probably not absolutely necessary, but for $30 extra, why not.

I previously bought the 84 Acres FITNESS Inversion table Pro 30 for 200 CAD and returned it to buy this Teeter table for 440 CAD. The Teeter is far better, even at double the price. Why? - I found the 84 Acres unsafe; I sometimes could not get back right side up. Possibly because the 84 Acres description is inaccurate and claims it is good for 6'6", but is actually for 6'2". With Teeter, it is extremely easy to get back to right side up, although I do have the height adjustment set 1" taller than I am. Teeter has videos on their side showing how easy it is to go back (inverted) and forth; these accurately show how easy it is. - The 84 Arces is for up to 6'2" despite their incorrect description. This Teeter is for up to 6'6". - It took 2 hours to build 84 Arces, and about an hour, maybe less, for this Teeter - The 84 Acres manual was useless to me; the author had poor English skills and very few pictures. I had to use their video, which was fair but too fast. Note in their video that they don't show the worker going upside down and then right side up; there is a reason for that! The Teeter manual was very clear, with labeled pictures showing what to do. If I had known I would have to spend at least an extra hour on installation, plus end up with an unsafe table, I never would have gone with the cheaper 84 Acres option. This Teeter is a much better purchase in my opinion. I have not tried the heat pad for the Teeter. I did not want/need it. I may install it later, but I don't see the point. I only use the table for about 5 minutes at a time, so I doubt I'd get much benefit during that short time.

The product arrived in a box that was tattered, torn and beat up. It had been clearly opened before as all of the screws and components that had to be assembled were strewn everywhere inside the box instead of being in a sealed bag. Parts were also missing. This unit was sold as brand new when in fact, it was clearly a unit that someone else had bought, opened and then returned.
