I've used it for a long while now so here it goes, Works awesome, I can get SiriusXM YouTube and etc, BUT If you use iTunes, do not, again, DO NOT update the itunes app, it'll just say that its "rooted" for some reason and it won't work, if you do, you came just do a Factory Reset in the Settings and Re-Download your songs and so fourth The good things Great screen, good sound, I can read good with this screen I'm a cart att in90 to 100 degree weather and works just fine, my hands are medium sized for a small device Comes with the SD Card and a thick Cass for it with those stupid skull candy ear plugs which I don't like but I like it

From the moment I turned it on it heated up, not a little but to the point I had to set it down. I turned it off after five minutes and returned it for safety reasons. The design was cute, came with a nice cover, but it was really heavy and had battery issues causing it to overheat.

Review update: The Swofy customer service team has reached out and are taking care of the issue update rating to 5 stars because of this. So I'll start by saying that this little mp3 player has a solid operating system powered by android. The OS is sluggish at times, but overall I haven't had to many crashes. This thing is really compact which is a us for me. The mp3 player feels premium in the hand because of the weight. The battery life is terrible for having a "2000 mah" battery and I feel like it takes longer to charge it than it does to use all of the battery up. It does come with some pre installed apps, but most of them can be deleted if desired. If you buy the blue one just not it is black on the backside. I would assume all the colors are like this, but I cannot tell you first hand. Ultimately it is alright, but is a little lacking for me.

Since writing the original review, the 64 gig memory card quickly fried. With only 16 gig internal memory, the player is rather limited until I get a replacement for the fried 64 gig card. (Original post) It has a HUGE amount of memory. Even with most of my music, audio books and Kindle books loaded, there is still plenty of room. My one minor disappointment is the battery doesn't last as long as hoped for before needing to be charged.

Worked for a month and now won't turn on. Has been on charger for days so it's not because of it not being charged. It was a Christmas present so she didn't get it until a month after the return window closed. But from time of use, didn't last more than a month. We have written the seller with no response or acknowledgment.

Easy to navigate, downloadable apps, just like a phone without the camera. You'll rock your socks off
