My family has been taking this Vitamin D3/K2 for years and it works. I was low in Vitamin D because I stopped taking my supplement. I resumed taking it and increased my dosage and subsequent lab reports showed my vitamin D level increased from 38 to 64. Disregard the 1 star review that said the vitamin K2 is from natto (soy). That is not correct. The vitamin K2 is from lanolin, which is a bioavailable source. I normally don't buy supplements from Amazon because you have to be careful about counterfeit products, but Living Wise is the Amazon seller. Note: you have to shake the bottle before taking the supplement and take it with a fat since vitamin D is fat soluble.

Great for me while pregnant I had slightly low vitamin D and this improved my levels back to normal. Easy to take and I didn’t have any negative reactions.
