Boating around with a bunch of oars.
Nothing is quite like receiving mail-order oars. At first my wife didn't like having oars around. Once I showed her how to oar herself however, my wife has been on the lake oaring around like nobody's business!Nice and light, just what we need for backup on our 14' fishing boat. The 7' oars I bought were Black/Silver like the description said (someone said theirs were all black).I don't have any issues with how they are assembled, they seem perfectly secure. If you want to see them in person cabelas has them in stock (for more). Just keep them clean, no one likes a dirty oar.

Good Value
I'm using them for a dinghy in flat water. The value is great. I don't care if one floats away. There is a bit of rattle in them though. I asked the manufacturer for guidance, but never got a response. I ended up putting a few aluminum rivets in each to make them quiet and a bit more solid.

Nice addition.
Already came in handy. Lightweight yet sturdy, this was a good purchase for my boat.

Great value for the Price!
Don't be fooled by the "Economy" description. Solid construction and virtually maintenance free. This is a quality product for the price. Using them as emergency propulsion on my 13' utility boat in event that the motor fails.

Good stuff
These oars are pretty good quality. There is a bit of play where the head and shaft come together but should not be a problem.

Poor information
No shaft diameter listed and no way to ask a question.

Okay for the price
These oars are okay for the price. They seem to do fine on my aluminum 14' boat. I have used them quite a bit on lakes and floating the river. I just think that if you were to really pump hard on them they might break in half. But for the price you get what you get.

Holds up to Boy Scouts
Used this for row boats at boy scout camp. Lightweight, held up well and did a great job. Can't beat the price.
